Overview
Carlo deals mainly with corporate crisis, both out of court and in judicial insolvency proceedings. In this regard, Carlo supports companies in the drafting of debt restructuring plans, both as an advisor and as attestor. Moreover, he covers the role of coadjutor in various insolvency procedures and agreements with creditors.
