Overview
Cristina, given her solid preparedness, provides excellent assistance to clients, both in judicial defence and arbitration, with particular reference to real estate, civil liability, contract law and law of succession. Having assisted companies listed at the FTSE MIB of Borsa Italiana, she has also gained extensive knowledge in corporate contracting.
As regards extrajudicial law, Cristina has gained a considerable expertise in management and protection of family and business assets, with a focus on the structuring of trusts. Cristina has obtained a Master degree in “Trust law in the countries of origin and in Italy”, lectures at professional training courses and collaborates with publishers of the sector.
