Overview
Enrico has gained significant experience in civil and commercial law, with regard to both extrajudicial and judicial activities, assisting clients in important extraordinary transactions, including cross-border (corporate and real-estate), as well as in the of delicate judicial and arbitration disputes (also international).
In these areas, he assisted primary banks and insurance groups, multinationals (automotive, oil), companies and real estate and private equity funds, construction companies, fashion and luxury brands, managers and individuals, making a decisive contribution to preventing and solve problems of particular complexity, even in situations of corporate reorganization, generational transitions and of conflicting relationships within the corporate bodies.
He has been arbitrator in various arbitration proceedings administered by the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan and the Swiss Chamber Arbitration Institut, also collaborating with the revision of the regulation of the latter.
He is co-author of publications on corporate law, bankruptcy law and civil procedure.
