The team composed by Partners Enrico Del Sasso, assisted by Associate Melania Mazzon, and Sergio Pellone advised the Tecniche Nuove Spa publishing group in the acquisition of the majority shares of HPS – Health Publishing and Services, publisher of AboutPharma.
An operation that recognizes Tecniche Nuove’s leadership in the healthcare industry and confirms a strategy of growth in specialised publishing, thanks also to the acquisition of 54% of HPS’s majority shares from the Chemax holding of Milanese entrepreneur Massimo Cherubini, who continues to hold a minority stake.
